We are convening a small, invite-only leadership dialogue in Leeds on 14 May, bringing together a curated group of senior leaders across People, Culture, DEI and ESG.

Co-created by Power For Women and the Yorkshire Asian Business Association, and anchored by Simone Roche MBE, this session is designed as a peer-level conversation among decision-makers.

This is not a conference or awareness event.

It is a focused leadership dialogue exploring a critical question:

How do organisations close the gap between what they believe they are doing on workplace culture and safety – and what is actually experienced inside organisations?

The session will include:

* Leadership framing and anchor contribution

* Short perspectives from senior leaders

* A practical Empowerment In Action™ experience

* Moderated discussion with the room

* Continued conversation

Attendance is limited to approximately 25 senior leaders to ensure a high-quality, trusted discussion.

We are currently finalising the room.

If you are a senior leader working across People, Culture, DEI, ESG or organisational leadership, or know someone who would add value to this dialogue, we would welcome a conversation.
